Sapphire Farm Services Pvt Ltd has been dedicated to developing and scaling drone-based precision farming services in Pakistan for the past four years. We are proud to have successfully expanded our service coverage to all major crops across the country.
Through our experience, we have observed that the demand for drone application services is highly concentrated between June and October. The major crops during this period include:
Sugarcane
Rice
Cotton
Approximately 75% of our total services are delivered within 5 months of the year.
PRE-SEASON PREPARATION AND INCENTIVE PLAN
To facilitate our customers, we have planned an advance operational strategy to ensure seamless execution of services before the beginning of high season June-Oct 2026. The company plans to carry out the following activities prior to the high season June-Oct 2026:
1. Field Mapping – Identifying and mapping areas to be serviced.
2. Cluster Formation – Deploying drones in strategically formed clusters.
3. Logistics Arrangements – Ensuring that the vehicles are available at the right place and the right time.
4. Trained Pilot Availability – Scheduling and positioning trained drone pilots.
5. Customer Coordination – Engaging with customer ground teams for effective operational planning.
6. Technical Support – Placing backup teams at strategic locations for rapid issue resolution.
7. Power Infrastructure – Facilitate necessary electricity/power plug points at service sites.
We are pleased to offer a pre-season discount to our major customers against an advance booking of acreage during the high season June-October 2026:
STANDARD SERVICE OPTION (Without Advance Booking)
The customers can get the services without advance booking i-e ad-hoc services during high season June-October 2026, however this option shall have downsides as mentioned below:
1. Service availability subject to drone availability during high demand season June-October 2026.
2. No fixed service rate (prevailing rates will apply at the time of order placement).
3. Lower operational efficiency, potentially reducing area coverage per day due to ad-hoc drone deployment.
